This tool was created by a first-time homebuyer who visited dozens of houses and couldn't remember which was which. The scattered communication, repeated questions, and memory overload frustrated everyone involved.

Their realtor (a family friend) saw an early version and said: "This would be so useful. And can you add a comparison tool? There's nothing good for showing clients the differences side-by-side."

So we built it. The comparison feature came directly from that realtor request. The whole system is designed to reduce the back-and-forth that wastes both your time and your clients' time β€” while keeping you in the loop on everything they're doing.
